Nexedi is looking for an office clerk trainee to perform various administrative and critical tasks in ERP5 system to support our client's business. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing business data to ERP5 and answering the phone to bookkeeping and preparing reports. 

We are looking for a diligent office clerk helping to maintain smooth our clients' office operations in an ERP5 system.  The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking and has great communication skills besides a basic understanding of accounting.  


  • Gain experience in business management
  • Understand basic principles of company organisation in information system
  • Understand how ERP systems help companies to improve their performance by managing their business process.
  • Understand workflows in ERP5
  • Learn how to perform an initial consulting process for an ERP implementation
  • Gain experience to become future ERP5 project consultant/coordinator/manager


  • Maintain our clients' business data and records so they remain updated and easily accessible in ERP5 (including initiating the data input and verification of the data input by clients)
  • Prepare different types of report (accounting, financial, sales report, etc) according to clients' requests
  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, etc
  • Assist clients in office management and organisation procedures by using the data in ERP5
  • Communicate with clients and ERP5 developers on clients' ERP system improvement


  • Familiarity with office procedures, business aspects, and basic accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of office suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Passionate, self-driven
  • Willingness to contribute to an open source ecosystem and the Free Software community.
  • Good command of English.
