For the first time, price of Cloud in China has become as low as in Europe. A 256 GB RAM dedicated VM with 40 Xeon virtual cores, 4 TB SSD and 10 Gbps network is marketed 1888 RMB per month. This is 5 to 20 times less than the average market price in China.
