My name is Jean-Paul Smets. I am the CEO of Nexedi. Nexedi is a European leader for Open Source ERP.

Our company is currently growing very fast. I am looking for a Sales Manager / Consultant who will be in charge of taking care of our sales and pre-sales consulting activities so that I can myself implement our new organisation and strategy. I do not care whether you are she or he.

The person I am looking for should be able to meet a high profile manager in a large organisation or the CEO of a medium size company and convince him or her that Nexedi and ERP5 are the way to go for their business. This requires a combination of modesty and real knowledge of business and management. It also requires strong commitment, flexibility, mobility and good social skills. At the end of the day, I am expecting that new contracts get signed every month.

Nexedi is still a small company (15 people) but a very exciting one. Our Open Source ERP business is growing fast. We have now partners all over the world. That's only the begining.

There are some specific requirements to work in our company. First, you must stop using Windows or MacOS and switch to Linux (hey, after all, that's what we sell to our customers). Second, you must read, write and speak English very well. Third, you need a solid experience or understanding of management (for example accounting, trade, logistics, production, etc.). Ability to speak more languages or to program is much appreciated too.
