Nexedi is looking for a trainee to participate in the development of our open-source ERP system, called "ERP5" ( http://www.erp5.com) as well as our cloud computing platform "Slapos" (https://www.slapos.org/).

The traineeship is suitable for long internships or graduation courses. It will focus on your interests and may include projects like development of new application modules, creating a new ERP5 package version, integration of ERP5 with other free software or using DevOps on ERP5 clusters. As most of our staff are former trainees, you could make yourself a permanent job depending on the outcome of your trainee program.

Requirements

  • Passionate, self-driven
  • Willingness to contribute to an open source ecosystem and the Free Software community
  • Development skills in Python, JavaScript a plus
  • Software development skills (version control, testing, debugging)
  • Good knowledge of GNU/Linux
  • Good command of English
